Cancellation Window
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Support team on the same day or no later than the following day after placing your order.
Providing your order number and the email used at checkout will help us process your request quickly.
Processing & Dispatch Timeline
Our fulfilment team prepares and ships orders within 1–3 days.
Because of this fast processing, cancellations are only possible within the first 1–2 days after your purchase.
Grace Period
We offer a one-day grace period after the day of purchase.
Example:

Day of purchase → Cancellation allowed

Next day → Cancellation allowed

Two days after purchase → Cancellation no longer possible
When Cancellation Is No Longer Possible
If more than two days have passed since your order was placed, your order will already be in processing or transit. At this stage, cancellation is not possible.
In this situation, we kindly ask that you accept the delivery and follow our Return & Refund Policy if you decide not to keep the item.
